Newegg returns, explained

How a return works

  1. Get an RMA. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization inside the window; Newegg must approve it.
  2. Pack and label. Put the RMA number on the package. Return labels are free for items up to 50 lb and are valid for 14 days.
  3. Ship and track. Keep your tracking number until the refund arrives.
  4. Refund. Refunds go to the original payment method after processing, about 2 business days for items sold by Newegg.

Marketplace items: the policy also covers marketplace sellers, but sellers may add their own terms, which are listed on each seller’s profile. Read them before you buy.
